According to the pros who wrote the instruction booklet for this Tiny Toons game, "This game is only for one bunny. You control Buster Bunny through 6 hare-raising stages. When you successfully clear a stage, you earn the chance to play a really cool subgame!" Rather than having one definate goal to maintain throughout the game, each stage has it's own goal, whether it be rescuing Babs Bunny, coming to Hamton's aid, retrieving a book for Calamity Coyote, or conquering the dreaded Gene Splicer. At the end of each stage there are various subgames which star other characters such as Babs, Plucky, Sweetie, Furrball, and Hamton.

On your marks, get set, go! Play the roles of either Buster, Babs, Plucky or Dizzy, and participate in various events in this Olympic style game! There are four difficulty levels each with about 6 or 7 events each. Clear all the levels and you get a special prize if you come out on top! Various events include bungee jumping, a chicken run, saucer throwing, and obstacle courses, amongst other activities.
